Yep, WW...I make my own quiche. It's more like a spinach pie because of the volume of veggies I am supposed to eat.
12 egg whites
1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup fat free mozarella
Preheat oven to 350 degress. Sautee the garlic and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper Allow to cool. Scramble the egg whites and mix in the spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooled mushrooms and mozarella to the egg mixture. Bake until center is set.
I have no idea how long it takes for it to cook. I just start mixing stuff up in the kitchen. I have a hard time answering people when they ask what I cook because...well...I cook whatever comes to mind.
