I had a good leg workout today, legs are still shaky.
Lunges - 4 sets of 15-20 per leg /15lbs. DB
Stiff dead lifts - 4 sets - 15,12,8,6 reps 6 TUT /60 Lbs. Bar
STEP UPS 3 sets 15-20 per leg - on a bench with weight 20 lbs. DB
Butt blaster - 4 sets each side - 15-20 reps 70 Lbs. DID DO 6 TUT
Standing calf raises - 4 sets of 15-20 6 TUT LOW weight right achilles tendon is still a bit sore....110 lbs.
Added ABDUCTORS 130 lbs. 3 X15
M1: 4 egg whites
1/2 C oats with 1 TBSP ground flax seed.

M2: 4 egg whites
1/4 C oats 6 almonds
Coffee...
Will drink water on way to COSTCO....
I remember seeing a post where it states that fat should be avoided post workout any one Knows???
