So I slept in late!
M1: 1/2 C oats with water
coffee...
Will Hit gym alter or maybe take today off and workout on weekend.
 
Hello had a medium run today, 5.2k, on hilly terrain...wet mushy cold, good leg work lots of stairs too! I am tired...Kidas re in tv mode..me? wash dihes?

I did HITT today...I think I am tired, heart must have been not ready...LOL...I will take Heart arte now, the op test...see hows it's going.
I am also much more thisty today...I took one pic to see progress will post three up later june july august...I see little change BOOO...but there is chane Butt seems less droopy today!! :worried:

I had M3 late...at 3:00 pm...and it was at BF mom's amount was more than decent since I did not know how it had been cooked, and I was not about to turn down her cooking...
1 very small slice carrot bread, (not cake) 1 small slice meatloaf, 3 bites filet mignon small serving salad, 1 small serving homemade strawberry gelatin.

Had M4: at 6:50 pm, Met-Rx bar, and I am dying with gastritis...I think it was because I took so long to have the meal, stomach fills up with acid, I get sooooooooooooo cranky...kin of like a bay who has colics...
I will be doig lg workout tomorrow and upping weight...

I had a good leg workout today, legs are still shaky.
Lunges - 4 sets of 15-20 per leg /15lbs. DB
Stiff dead lifts - 4 sets - 15,12,8,6 reps 6 TUT /60 Lbs. Bar
STEP UPS 3 sets 15-20 per leg - on a bench with weight 20 lbs. DB
Butt blaster - 4 sets each side - 15-20 reps 70 Lbs. DID DO 6 TUT
Standing calf raises - 4 sets of 15-20 6 TUT LOW weight right achilles tendon is still a bit sore....110 lbs.
Added ABDUCTORS 130 lbs. 3 X15

Post Workout
M2: 4 egg whites
1/4 C oats 6 almonds
Coffee...
Will drink water on way to COSTCO....

I remember seeing a post where it states that fat should be avoided post workout any one Knows???

no fat immediately post workout - correct
