I did cardio on empty and 2 T-REX...Must say I run/jogged 5K..31:34...318 kcal.
Then I did shoulder workout...Kcal 137
*One arm lateral raise(inclined & standing) 5lbs. DB X 15 6TUT (hope it makes sense)
*Arnold press 3X15 15Lbs.
*Standing Frontal Alternating Raise 10 Lbs. X 10...keeping back straight legs a bit bent at knees, so I would not use as lever(??)
Abs and finally...came home to eat...LOL
I guess when we get the so much needed patience...we will be happy...and OLD...
