Hey bros.......I"m trying to gain some lean mass and do cardio once or twice a week to shed a small amount of body fat so I can get tighter looking. Running 500 mg weekly of EQ with Tren Acetate 75 mg EOD. Meals consist of.......breakfast 4 egg whites with 2 yolks 2 pieces of wheat bread, half glass of oj Meal 2 protein shake 40 grams protein.....meal 3 lunch, chicken breasts(1 or 2 with green beans and beef cuts or fish) meal 4 protein shake 40 g protein meal 5 usually same as meal 3 for lunch, and meal 6 or 7 is usually a shake before bed.......does anyone see anything that I could do to this diet to change things up and help me out a little? I"m not expecting miracles being 1-1/2 weeks into this cycle and all but I'm looking for some advice. 6'2", 214 lbs......25 yrs old this friday and about 15% body fat. I'm just feeling mushy, and flat right now......any advice will help thanks bros
