After reading through this thread and a few pm exchanges with radar I went ahead and did the arm routine today! All I can say is wow, it was brutal. i come from a wrestling background and the type of weight training i'm used to is strength based. Since i stopped wrestling i've been more into physique development. The arm routine really hits the target muscles HARD! Lowering the weight and performing slow squeezing reps in the fashion that radar describes just demolishes the muscle. I'm on cycle at the mo and am going to run the full routine throughout, i'm excited at the potential of this programme, thanks alot RADAR!!!! I'll post up my results and some photos in 4 months time.
