first time user question on anavar and clenbuterol cycle

A little background info... Im 22 5'2 and weigh 145lbs. Body fat %19. I have lost a total of 85 lbs in the past year, and have always been fit before gaining the weight.

I weight train heavy 5 days and do 60 min cardio 6 days a week
mon:shoulders
tues: legs free weight focus (sprint intervals)
wed: arms
thurs off.... usually mild cardio
fri: legs mahine focus squat focus (sprint intervals)
sat:chest
sun: back

My daily nutrition:

6:00am (post work out) 1 scoop ON gold standart whey protein+bcaas+glutamine

7:30am
3/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal

10:00 am
1 scoop whey
1 apple

12:30pm
4oz chicken breast
3/4 cup broccoli or asparagus

3:00 pm
4oz chicken breast
1 cup spinach

5:30 pm
5 oz tilapia
lettuce spinach and 1/2 cup green beans

8:00 pm (before bedtime)
1 scoop casein

** I cycle my calories 5 days low cal 2 days higher cal, on those day i add sweet potato and a tablespoon of peanut butter**

According to bodybugg i burn around 1200-1400 calories in a training session including cardio. (I know is not 100% accurate i just wanted to give as much info as possible)

Ok now on to the point.

My goal is to gain muscle and lean out to be able to compete, no excess fat in abdomen due to tummy tuck.... its all mostly in my thighs.

SO..... i have researched and think anavar and clenbuterol would be a good route to take... i dont think im ready for winstrol... maybe in the far future.

What would be a good cycling schedule an do you think that it would be a good route to take?
 
ok you dont need clen,.i avoid against it,it can be deadly

i dont think you need any juice..just discipline and diet..i gained 10lbs this month from diet alone..not all muscle but i am bulking so a lil fat is ok..i would check out www/mrsupps.com and needtobulidmuscle.net go sign up there,,and look into thier pro hormones i would get to about 190 before you touch the juice

so you do fasted cardio and lifts?(your post workout meal should be more then a shake..you should be eating at least a 6oz chicken breast with some spinach or broccoli)

7:30am
3/4 cup egg whites(i would add 1 or 2 whole eggs in there)(or make an 2 whole egg 3 egg white omelet and add 3ox of chicken breast in the omelet)
1/2 cup oatmeal

10:00 am
1 scoop whey(standard whey is 20-24grams of protein per a scopp,take 2 scoops)(add peanut butter for extra protein)(i add yogart to my shakes,they taste great)
1 apple

12:30pm
4oz chicken breast
3/4 cup broccoli or asparagus

3:00 pm
4oz chicken breast
1 cup spinach

5:30 pm
5 oz tilapia
lettuce spinach and 1/2 cup green beans

8:00 pm (before bedtime)
1 scoop casein(again 2 scoops)(snack on a handful of almonds they are calorie denes and helps skinny people pack on muscle,a good bro here on the forums name radar told me that,i been doing it for the past month and it has def helped)

its late man this is just some things i can think of off the top of my head,,some other people will chime in im sure ,you will get help,just focus on diet and training right now dont worry about the juice
 
lol wow that would make sense..your a girl..and you lost 85lbs..so what is your goal weight..what are you trying to do
 
ok well dont listen to my diet tweaks lol..umm how logn have you been on this diet,and how long have you been training the same way?take any fat burners or anything?
 
well I've been training and following this diet for almost 2 years. I take a multivitamin, CLA, Omega 3s, L-carnitine and for fat burner i use oxy-pro.
Pretty much what i want is to shed the excess fat, and look more muscular than the average "fit" female.... my goal is to compete but my frame is to rough for figure/fitness... so i would give it a try at bodybuilding.
