A little background info... Im 22 5'2 and weigh 145lbs. Body fat %19. I have lost a total of 85 lbs in the past year, and have always been fit before gaining the weight.
I weight train heavy 5 days and do 60 min cardio 6 days a week
mon:shoulders
tues: legs free weight focus (sprint intervals)
wed: arms
thurs off.... usually mild cardio
fri: legs mahine focus squat focus (sprint intervals)
sat:chest
sun: back
My daily nutrition:
6:00am (post work out) 1 scoop ON gold standart whey protein+bcaas+glutamine
7:30am
3/4 cup egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
10:00 am
1 scoop whey
1 apple
12:30pm
4oz chicken breast
3/4 cup broccoli or asparagus
3:00 pm
4oz chicken breast
1 cup spinach
5:30 pm
5 oz tilapia
lettuce spinach and 1/2 cup green beans
8:00 pm (before bedtime)
1 scoop casein
** I cycle my calories 5 days low cal 2 days higher cal, on those day i add sweet potato and a tablespoon of peanut butter**
According to bodybugg i burn around 1200-1400 calories in a training session including cardio. (I know is not 100% accurate i just wanted to give as much info as possible)
Ok now on to the point.
My goal is to gain muscle and lean out to be able to compete, no excess fat in abdomen due to tummy tuck.... its all mostly in my thighs.
SO..... i have researched and think anavar and clenbuterol would be a good route to take... i dont think im ready for winstrol... maybe in the far future.
What would be a good cycling schedule an do you think that it would be a good route to take?
