Hey guys, I am still considering what my 1st cycle will consist of.
I am 87kg at 1.82m,(about 12%bf) been working out for about 5 consequtive years, eating clean all throughout the year. I know how to diet natty, and I made a huge research on how to diet + train on gear. I am 23, and I workout about 1:30 - 2 hours / day 6 times a week. Once I hit my cycle, I plan on : increasing my workout time to 3 hours a day, hitting the gym twice a day, doing 1 muscle group / time and 40 mins - 1hour cardio. I currently eat 5 solid meals a day and I space them evenly through the day, I try to eat every 3-4 hours. While on gear I will try and eat every 2:30 - 3 hours and I will push it to 6 meals, keep it there for 2-3 weeks and then push it to 7, I will carry on doing so untill I hit 9 meals a day (if I am able.)
What I need help on, is regarding what drugs to take. I know many will say just test will do, but I got a close friend who won many contests and told me that since the 1st cycle will be the most effective ever, it will be smart to have a few compounds in hand. E.g Week 1-4 Test C (only) Week 4-8 Test suspension + winny, and week 8-12 Test propionate + tren. He said that the doses will be very little and yet wonderful results will come. I really think the guy knows what he is talking about, and I know what to buy for PCT as well as during the cycle protection.
What I want to ask is, do you guys think that the results from this cycle will be alot more beneficial than just Test ? If im willing to deal with all sides, (even though i was told they will be minimal to none on low doses). ( My source is very reliable and he fixes all top bodybuilders of my country)
