First cycle help & opinions

Hey guys, I am still considering what my 1st cycle will consist of.
I am 87kg at 1.82m,(about 12%bf) been working out for about 5 consequtive years, eating clean all throughout the year. I know how to diet natty, and I made a huge research on how to diet + train on gear. I am 23, and I workout about 1:30 - 2 hours / day 6 times a week. Once I hit my cycle, I plan on : increasing my workout time to 3 hours a day, hitting the gym twice a day, doing 1 muscle group / time and 40 mins - 1hour cardio. I currently eat 5 solid meals a day and I space them evenly through the day, I try to eat every 3-4 hours. While on gear I will try and eat every 2:30 - 3 hours and I will push it to 6 meals, keep it there for 2-3 weeks and then push it to 7, I will carry on doing so untill I hit 9 meals a day (if I am able.)
What I need help on, is regarding what drugs to take. I know many will say just test will do, but I got a close friend who won many contests and told me that since the 1st cycle will be the most effective ever, it will be smart to have a few compounds in hand. E.g Week 1-4 Test C (only) Week 4-8 Test suspension + winny, and week 8-12 Test propionate + tren. He said that the doses will be very little and yet wonderful results will come. I really think the guy knows what he is talking about, and I know what to buy for PCT as well as during the cycle protection.
What I want to ask is, do you guys think that the results from this cycle will be alot more beneficial than just Test ? If im willing to deal with all sides, (even though i was told they will be minimal to none on low doses). ( My source is very reliable and he fixes all top bodybuilders of my country)
 
first cycle you should go easy you always have time for more later

do
500 mg/week test for 12 week
60 mg dbol / day for 6 weeks

tren is not really for first timers
 
What are your goals? At 5'11" and 191lbs you're at a pretty good height and weight and your BF% isn't bad at all. What are you trying to accomplish? Just by looking at your training it looks like you're trying to cut, 3 hours of training a day? How many days a week? an hour of cardio? LISS? HIIT?

Im currently doing 1:30 - 2 hours of training, when I hit the cycle i will go onto 3. Im pretty sure that with the extra test in my body I will be able to recover a 3 hours training a day, of heavy (well as heavy as I can) drop sets and a pumping alot of blood into the muscle. I am planning onto hitting 6 times a week the gym, of 2 hours of weights and 1 hour of cardio. Well im trying to accomplish a very lean and vascular physique ( I dropped to 6% 2 years ago and I still was not vascular enough. even though I had to drop at 74kg)without sacrifising any muscle mass, and in addition I would like to gain somwhere between 5-7kg of lean mass. I know its really hard but Im willing to work very hard for it. Another issue I have is my calves, I can lift heavy on calves as well as burn them to the max, yet not many gains. I know calves are mainly genetics so Im not dreaming of huge lean calves, just some noticeable mass.
 
Why only 4 weeks of cyp? Keep it simple do one test unless you're going to do a show lol.

Im planning on hitting a show if I feel like I look good enough, and I also mentioned that my aim is to get the max results possible out of my first cycle. I dont mind if its simple or not, I just want to do what it takes to reach the max out of it.
 
Well safety reasons as well as benefits to your body stick with just one test. See if your are prone to estro sides and combat them accordingly . If you can make the craziest gains on just test why waste money on more. Less is more. No guarantee you couldn't gain on less gear, it certainly doesn't mean an extra few cc's could make you a Titan. Safety first.

Plus it would make no sense to run an long ester for 4 weeks. Takes almost. 4 to see good results. Stick with a simple approach and run it 10-12 weeks you will see more gains rather than doing 50 things 4 weeks at a time.

1. Whether you are on gear or not, you do not want to over train. Yes, steroids will help with this a bit, but 3 hour gym sessions 6 days a week is pushing it. 20-30 minutes fasted cardio in the AM, 45-60 minutes of weight training later, and 20-30 minutes of cardio after weights is all you need. Unless you are in contest prep for the Olympia, then 1 weight training session is all you need as well.

2. You should eat the same way you do on cycle, as you do off cycle, just with a slight change in macros based upon your goals. You don't want to start habbits you can't keep. You should be eating 6-8 solid meals a day, 2-3 hours apart, from the time you wake up until the time you go to bed. That is with or without gear.

3. I understand what you are saying about your first cycle and it being the best, but at the same time, what you are trying to do is not wise. Test is all you need, with maybe an oral. If your training and diet are on point, your results will be tremendous.

If I were you, I would run 500mg of Test E or C a week, for 12 weeks. Kickstart your cycle with either Anadrol or Dbol. Based on how you want to train, I'd go with Anadrol. 50-100mg a day is what you want of that.
