BrandonXJ New member Apr 15, 2004 #2 hrm.. well I think I got one group of foods pretty close.. here's 1 arby's jr. roast beef, whey protein shake and a tyson's skinless boneless chicken breast. Code: Grams Cals Percent Fat: 12 108 25% Sat: 4 37 9% Poly: 1 8 2% Mono: 3 30 7% Carbs: 18 69 16% Fiber: 1 0 0% Protein: 62 248 58% Alcohol: 0 0 0% ------------------------------- So that's 62p/18c/12f at 424 calories x4 a day..
