Well tonight's workout was Phenominal! Haven't had those stupid peptides for 2 days and I feel so damn good again... I think i wasted my money on them, first 5 days I felt really good, almost like I was on test, then my mood changed up and down an the water weight hit, I am highly suspicious I have hcg. Poo on that. Today's weight was 184, but skin feeling much tighter and pumps were explosive and muscles hard as rock.

Today's workout , elliptical for 5 minutes fast pace.

Seated shoulder press machine. ( focussing on form and equality as my left shoulder is weaker.)
2xwarm up
45 per side x 20
70 per side x 12
90 per side x 10
90 per side x 8

Pull ups ... About 50 or so

Deadlift ... 2 x warm up

( haven't done these forever but felt real good, wish I had my chalk I am certain I could have pulled 405 for a rep)

Bent over row 135 x 12x 4 sets super set with reverse bent over flys. 15 lbs per arm. (lower back was pooched from deads)

Calf work

Heavy Ab work

3 sets barbell curls 90lbsx 8
1 set dumbbell curls runnin the rack...40x10 30x10 20x10

Stretched and left vibrating from a solid workout! Ate a massive meal!
 
I looked over some of your workouts man, damn your pretty strong! 225 for a few reps on incline bench is nice bro good work!
Now about the peptides bro.. do you think you had bullshit ones? or do you think peptides just arent for you? Ive got a buddy man thats been on them for about 4 weeks and hes been feeling bad.. just wondering
 
Hey thx bro I can easily say the same to you with the numbers you are putting up! I will know for certain tonight if the peptides I have are bullshit or not as im heading home for 5 days off. I was feeling lazy, tired, very moody , and unmotivated this entire last week, haven't taken the peps for 3 nights now and I feel so much better. I was anxious too. How does your buddy feel,
 
My buddy feels lazy, tired, and moody as hell and just doesnt really have that desire to kill it in the gym like he usually does
 
Yah man my exact symptoms! Tell him to stop for a few days and see how he feels. I feel like my old motivated self again after discontinuing for a few days.

Started the Anavar and katanadrol today along with the forma. Only started a few days early because my masteron will not be here until Tuesday and I have extra var.

Looking for strength gains, not a big fan of water weight as a carpenter being big and bulky makes it difficult to be agile at work. Wish I had taken a different career path so I could bodybuild at the next level.
I would like be be able to bench 315, squat 405, and dead 500 somewhere Down the road. I don't expect this in a month but a few month on Month off blasts should help me get there.

Any advice is appreciated! Thx for following, time to hammer some weights.- Mike
 
Dam Rust, its been awhile since Ive been here in your log. Dam nice log bro. And am glad your shoulder is getting better too.
Good info on the way the tides affected you. I didnt know that peeps had adverse reactions to them. But if they dont work for you then better to be off them.

Well pretty decent workout! I think I should have ate more last night and this morning as I found myself running out of energy near the end but was still good. Took 150 mg katana and 40 mg var hour pre workout. Didn't notice much except my hands are numb and my arms feel very light. Didn't expect to notice anything except placebo effect. On to my workout.
Warm up 5 minute jog 7mph . Very easy but wanted to save legs for squats.

Little rotary cuff warm up.
30+ pull ups
Lat pull down

160 x10 ( didnt want to go too heavy just wanted to really stretch lats and pull evenly. Right side of my body is a little stronger so I'm always working on evening out the strength...)

275x5( fuckin ass cheeks still hurt for lunges the other day but squats were very clean and deep.. Good form)

Wide stance leg press. 4 plates per side x 12.( slow reps focus on form and deep stretch) super set with calf presses?? 4 sets

60x5 ( felt decent, form slightly off favoring overpowered right arm.. Will work on this)

Side lat raises
Rear Lat raises
Tricep extensions
Dumbbell curls

Foam rolling. I was waiting for wife to pick me up she has a different gym so my workout was long. Oh and a little Ab work.

Side note. I feel a little funny, nothing I can't handle but It's almost a little anxious and I keep messing up my typing on iPhone... I can't feel my hands. Wonder If it's from the katana as var has never done this to me.
