Very nice workouts bro. Only thing that I can see that might need attention is get your bent over bbl row right in line with your bench. That way much less concern with shoulder issues.

Thx bro I will work on it ! Next workout I'll push the limit and see what I can actually do on the barbell row for a comparison. Today's workout. 20 minute jog to the gym.. Legs starting to Chaffee while running, was a good little run. I'm pretty exhausted now i just messed around in the gym I can't even recall exactly what I did. Basically a bunch of assistance work. I'd love to list them all but I am in need of a nap lol. Went hard non the less. It's only day 2 on the prop/mast but Hott damn my libido is taking off. This can not be placebo I know this feeling. And I feel a great sense of well being. ! -Mike. May hit some weights In my basement later I feel very driven. I have a squat rack, bench, oly bar and about 405 pounds may hammer out some deads since I have chalk.
