I can't say I've ever experienced back pumps but can imagine them been a pain in the arse!
Yeah I pushed her away when baby talk came about but after a month apart I have come to realize that no other woman will do, It takes a special girl to put up with me and my lifting
And she is a fitness freak also.. I was a fool but thank god I won her back ! Now, on to my workout, I find the beast is making me stronger but slightly lazy , stationary bike 5 min warm up
Walking lunges - 2 sets 50 lbs per hand

I super set with calf presses also... I wanted to hit some higher reps for a change( effin back pumps )

8minutes HIT on treadmill
4 -1 minute sprints
Now I am at home now and I will be doing some periodic basement squats to see what I can work my way up to, it's not just the back pumps, I could hardly curl properly because my biceps were incredibly swole!! I measured my arms today , 16.5 cold flexed, this is unreal I hve been stuck at 15.5 pumped after arm day for ever ! I want them to grow, I'm willing to put up with 2 more weeks of beast sides so long as they don't get any worse. I feel healthy , slightly anti social and insane back pumps, BP and everything else seems ok, I even checked bp at Walmart the other day, I was 125/82 so I don't see any issues there. -Mike...
