Yeah losing te cough is Weird 2 days ago I couldn't lay on my back at night without constantly coughing now it's peaceful. I'll take it that's for sure! Lol thx for the kind words crix I say impeccable form because I know when I go heavier If I'm not cautious I can cheat with the left so I always do an extra set with "impeccable" form to push that left arm back in the right direction.!

Little morning update. I had another good sleep last night despite waking up to take a piss I feel well rested. I almost would go as far to say as I have that "on" feeling and I'm walking around all day really in a good mood. Also received an email from the research company offering to send purity papers on the product. Doing a ton of foam rolling, rolling on hockey ball, and stretching in front of tv this morning and will update later after I smash them weights ! Time to grow.! Test prop has arrived also now just waiting until I feel ready to start. Probably run it in a month when I am home for my Carpentry school. I would like to see how the peptides are working anyways before I mix it up -Mike
 
Ok here we GoOoo! Today's workout was something completely savage. I was sweating, breathing heavy and totally ravaged by the time I was done. Started out by stepping on the scale. 185.6! YES!
-Warm up was 5 minute jog 7.0 mph. Felt really easy. Could have ran for miles.
-Went on to do some military press on the smith machine. I did not go heavy as my left shoulder has been feeling some strain as of lately. So I loaded it up with 35 pounds per side and repped 30 reps for 4 sets. This actually surprised me I was really feeling a wicked burn!
- leg press wide stance
1 plate per side x20 reps
2 plate per side x20 reps
3 plate per side x20 reps
4 plate per side x 12 reps
5 plate per side x 10 reps
6 plate per side x 8 reps( fuck these felt good) my legs are shaking still.

Stiff legged dumbbell deadlift
2x warm up
65x5
75x5
85x5
95x5 felt light
1 set of body weight back extensions till failure

Seated calf raises
2 x warm up 25 pounds per side
45 per side x 20 ish
70 per side x 12 ( quality reps with squeeze)
70 per side x 12 once again

Leg press calf presses
4 plates per side repped to failure x 2 sets

Did bunch of narrow grip Pullups
. I felt as I could workout forever. I should note today I pinned 100 mcg of each peptide into my left bicep instead of sub q and I felt like I was a machine. Will continue to experiment with IM injections as they are pain free with a slin pin. Now time to relax maybe roll around on the hockey ball some more- Mike
 
Decent sleep again last night even though I had a lot on my mind. Woke up at 5am took 100mcg of each peptide and then laid in bed awake for 20 minutes. This is the first time I have noted stomach grumbling and feelings of hunger, they were controllable though. 10 minutes later I crashed hard into vivid dreams woke up to my wifes 630 alarm clock but could have slept forever! I notice a little bloating later in the day but also incredible muscle fullness. Will update after gym today I am sore all over from lifting religiously but I will carry on with my high volume approach as i seem to be making gains. -mike
 
Today's workout was good but not quite as intense as I would have liked. Amazing how wearing the wrong clothing can totally throw off your routine. Stupid shirt was rubbing my armpit raw today. Anyways warm up was 5 minute jog 7.0 mph. And some rotary cuff work before getting into the serious lifting. I should add every muscle In my body was sore today so I only had mediocre lifts except for one I'll get to later.
Incline bench on smith machine

45 per side x12 (really stretching deep and pressing with proper form)
45 per side x 12 , 10 second rest, 6 more, 10 second rest, 3 more.
My triceps were on fire all day guess I fucked em up good yesterday.

Rock climber pullups.. Completed around 50 of them.

Incline chest flys 3 sets 35 pounds x 12 reps.

100x 8( highest dumbbell weight so wanted to pound them out!)

3 sets 10 pounds/arm (focused on form)
Side delt lateral raises
3 sets 10 per arm super set with holding 45 pounds per arm far away from body as possible for 30 seconds. ( what a savage burn)

Walked around for a but trying to think of What else to do but said fuck it and went home.

Decided I have 60 iu of synthetic gh left from some time ago so I'm going to use it up while continuing the peptides. Will run 4iu every other night with my evening peptide pulse.

Best sleep I have experienced this far. Shot 100 mcg of each at 9pm and at 910 I pinned 3 iu hgh. It was lights out within a half hour. Feel like I'm holding a little water as I get used to the peptides and now added hgh but that's ok. Joints are feeling achy as well. Almost back up north for a 10 day shift of work, will update later after smashing weights with my training partner.
 
Ok first day back at the gym in camp here. Continuing with my 100mcg of each pre workout. My thoughts about holding extra water were accurate as I weighed 189.1 today. Mind you I ate a 3 pound burrito last night which I'm sure was packed with sodium. Didn't even feel hungry today just ate out of principle. On to the weights!

4 sets to failure can't recall weight but they were decent reps and burnt all the way!

15x10 (really exhausted no rest between sets)

Standing pre weighted barbell curls
( passed a 50 pound barbell back and forth between partner about 5 sets of 12ish each, tight form strong squeeze at top of every rep)

Seated dip pressing machine/triceps
Pressing. Weird machine it's like doing a seated dip.
4 sets of 180x12ish reps.

Light Ab work followed by stretching.

Felt pretty big in the gym today and had a decent pump going. Look forward to heavy squats tomorrow w00t.!! Water weight does not feel like the standard elevated estrogen type. Face is still narrow and do not feel emotional or anything. Ankles a little sore today...I have read that growth and growth releasing peptides can cause water weight gain and ankle pain. Either way it does not seem to be a big issue as of right now. I wouldn't be surprised if I am back down to 186 or so after work tomorrow.- Mike
