Today's workout was good but not quite as intense as I would have liked. Amazing how wearing the wrong clothing can totally throw off your routine. Stupid shirt was rubbing my armpit raw today. Anyways warm up was 5 minute jog 7.0 mph. And some rotary cuff work before getting into the serious lifting. I should add every muscle In my body was sore today so I only had mediocre lifts except for one I'll get to later.
Incline bench on smith machine

45 per side x12 (really stretching deep and pressing with proper form)
45 per side x 12 , 10 second rest, 6 more, 10 second rest, 3 more.
My triceps were on fire all day guess I fucked em up good yesterday.
Rock climber pullups.. Completed around 50 of them.
Incline chest flys 3 sets 35 pounds x 12 reps.
Dumbbell rows

3 sets 10 pounds/arm (focused on form)
Side delt lateral raises
3 sets 10 per arm super set with holding 45 pounds per arm far away from body as possible for 30 seconds. ( what a savage burn)

Walked around for a but trying to think of What else to do but said fuck it and went home.
Decided I have 60 iu of synthetic gh left from some time ago so I'm going to use it up while continuing the peptides. Will run 4iu every other night with my evening peptide pulse.
