Well pretty decent workout! I think I should have ate more last night and this morning as I found myself running out of energy near the end but was still good. Took 150 mg katana and 40 mg var hour pre workout. Didn't notice much except my hands are numb and my arms feel very light. Didn't expect to notice anything except placebo effect. On to my workout.
Warm up 5 minute jog 7mph . Very easy but wanted to save legs for squats.

Side note. I feel a little funny, nothing I can't handle but It's almost a little anxious and I keep messing up my typing on iPhone... I can't feel my hands. Wonder If it's from the katana as var has never done this to me.
