Nice to see you zed ! Horrible what has happened to you and your wife I truly wish you a speedy recovery. That's just aweful. Glad to see you keeping a positive attitude :) keep in touch buddy wish you nothing but the best.
 
Pretty sure the funny feelings were just from not having enough to eat pre workout. Soon as I ate I started feeling better, and have felt good all day since then.
 
Christmas came early. Just took first shot prop and mast. Ran syringe under hot water and the inject was painless. Very excited as I have some really good quality prop and mast! Will update after gym session. Also feel much better this morning even after katanadrol dose so It's looking good!
 
Well pretty decent workout! I think I should have ate more last night and this morning as I found myself running out of energy near the end but was still good. Took 150 mg katana and 40 mg var hour pre workout. Didn't notice much except my hands are numb and my arms feel very light. Didn't expect to notice anything except placebo effect. On to my workout.
Warm up 5 minute jog 7mph . Very easy but wanted to save legs for squats.

Little rotary cuff warm up.
30+ pull ups
Lat pull down

160 x10 ( didnt want to go too heavy just wanted to really stretch lats and pull evenly. Right side of my body is a little stronger so I'm always working on evening out the strength...)

275x5( fuckin ass cheeks still hurt for lunges the other day but squats were very clean and deep.. Good form)

Wide stance leg press. 4 plates per side x 12.( slow reps focus on form and deep stretch) super set with calf presses?? 4 sets gr8 idea on supersetting the calves in bro.

Dumbell Shoulder press 2x warm up

60x5 ( felt decent, form slightly off favoring overpowered right arm.. Will work on this)

Side lat raises
Rear Lat raises
Tricep extensions
Dumbbell curls

Foam rolling. I was waiting for wife to pick me up she has a different gym so my workout was long. Oh and a little Ab work.

Side note. I feel a little funny, nothing I can't handle but It's almost a little anxious and I keep messing up my typing on iPhone... I can't feel my hands. Wonder If it's from the katana as var has never done this to me.
Hmmm have not heard this before. Pay attention to it, you know the drill bro.

Ok let me start out by saying wow... What a workout : D made sure I had a big breakfast and hit the gym an hour and a half later. Feeling very good today. On to the workout.

Seated cable rows. Just hit a few sets for fun .
140x12x2 sets( clean form left side of body is feeling like its catching up which is great!)

Flat bench press 2xwarm up (135 x 20 )

265x1 (yes! Very pleased and shoulder felt amazing and strong. My pr is 275 x 1 while on tren so this is a good feat to almost be there at the start of my month blast!)

Bent over barbell rows

185x8 ( did alot of back work today )

Was still floored with energy today so I went on to do some shoulder presses on the smith machine. 25 lbs per side for 12ish clean reps( wasnt difficult but I went slow and made sure I was gripping evenly and trying to push with perfect form) 4 sets of this with 30 seconds In between. My shoulders are lagging behind.. Time to focus on them more cause my chest and back are pullin away

Now I was losing energy but had to wait for wife again so i messed around a little since I hit all my demanding lifts already.

Fair amount of Ab work... Was looking out window every 15 seconds looking for ride to show up

Second shot of prop mast went smooth into left quad. No issues do far. Feeling pretty dry though wonder if it's the forma already. If so then the product is definitely the real deal. 5 pumps am and pm. Not sure if katana truly reduces estrogen and progesterone or not but I'm drying out.

Very nice workouts bro. Only thing that I can see that might need attention is get your bent over bbl row right in line with your bench. That way much less concern with shoulder issues.
