Awesome workout tonight and I have had sex every day woo hoo! Haha

Today's workout 5 min warm up on bike

Lunges to warm up legs even more
3 sets 60 lbs per hand

Squats
2 x warm up
225x5
275x5
315x5
355x5

Incline bench
2xwarm up with bar
135x12
155x5
175x5
195x3 (Fuuck I wanted that)
135x8

Leg press
6plates per side for 8 reps 3 sets super set with calf presses

I felt so good today I went on to do a bunch of curls , a few dumbbell shoulder press, side laterals, rear laterals

Flat bench
225x5x3 sets

I tried to cut some water weight this last week as I had dates lined up and I was successful I dropped from 192 -183 , I reloaded yesterday and today and weight is up to 188. Just about to mow down a box of kd and chopped chicken breast! Feelin good! Will update tomorrow.
Time to make sickly gains!

Fuck I had 2 hours sleep last
Night due to having company and school today was rough to say the least .. Been having little sleep since meeting this girl since she works late. Anyways I grounded through it and hit the gym non the less. Had a great workout! Back and biceps

Did some traps and upright rows
Slight ab work and a fair amount of stretching/foam rolling
Ran a few flights if stairs and then munched thenfuck out I'm still eating. Steak and rice stirfry

My hcgenerate and post cycle came in also! 2 bottles each ;) feels like christmas

My nuts are smaller but not tiny, I have started on the hcgenerate and also have 5000iu hcg to use if I feel the need.-Mike

Today's workout was off the charts.

15 minute bike ride

4 sets walking lunges with 50s- clean form superset with split squats

Squats - worked way up to 335x5 with nice form , legs were toast from lunges believe it or not

Good mornings 3 sets 135 x 12

Clean and press
Worked way up to 155x8

5 minute treadmill sprints
Then some Hott girls came to chat so I had to do some more naturally

So, ore weighted barbell curls 90 lbsx12 x2 sets
Narrow Pull ups , about 30

Butt bridges x whole bunch

Did some other shit too but I def pushed the limit today I'm way sore already

Average workout today, don't feel like gettin into specifics I'm tired and have lots to do, but I am getting real big, weight is the same actually I was 188 this morning but I'm sure it will climb some later on. My nitrogen retention is getting ridiculous I love it . Masteron is giving me some oily ass skin I'm fighting it best as I can but i don't think I'm winning this battle, but the mast seems to makes me feel great. My shoulders are looking beastly as fuck and I am going to keep hitting them all the time! for the first time In my life my chest is lookin proportionate since my shoulders are starting to pop ! -Mike
 
Decided I was lazy earlier so I went and ran some stairs about an hour ago. I swear everytime I do some HIT I feel 100 times Better and my energy picks right up. I then went down to a nearby gym and hammered out shoulders, incline bench, and some seated rows. Weight 192! I don't know whats up but It seems my body has finally trained itself to handle all of this food and I'm hardly bloating and just gaining rock hard mass. Appetite is tremendous also. I am enjoying this alot :D -Mike

I cant stop grazing I eat all day it's strange how my appetite has come on so strong. Hcgenerate may actually be worth something too, I swear my nuts are feeling stimulated after just a few days already ... Could be placebo who knows I'm taking 4 caps a day 2 with breakie 2 with dinner
 
Could someone guess my bf? I have no idea how to estimate by I was told if you could see a visible 8 pack you were 10% or better!? Vascularity is starting to really blow me away thick hose like veins running through arms abs and everywhere else.. Love ot
 
Today I hit the weights hard, basement dungeon style. Warm up , skipping and body weight pull ups until breathless a few times. Damn I'm tired will update another day but I also went to the chiropractor today and it was so worth it, will be going back on Wednesday I have a very tight lower back, time to get that shit fixed!
