On a weekly basis, I need to be over that 200 mark.! I now have hundreds of dollars worth of designer jeans that are useless to me lol ! How do you guys find A good fitting pair of jeans? Or do you just buy a pair with a much bigger waist size than needed ? Also it's obvious now when wearing a sweater even that I lift.! Feeling wide for the first time in my life. Tall and narrow was me lol I want to be wide and athletic, hardly fit threw door frames that's the goal!! Also a 3 plate bench 4 plate squat and 5 plate deadlift are future goals. All for 5 reps. woohoo feeling good !
