Lighter work I need to loosen my hip flexors I wish I could get them bitches stretched out
Worked my way up to 315x 5 proceeded to do 4 sets at this weight
.Dumbell curls..40x12 reps per arm... This was sick , never ending reps I could have done 50 lol
Super set with barbell lower range curls...(dragging up stomach just past belly button)
I also did some weird arm cardio thing that is like peddling with your arms... My shoulders were just fucking pumped after this.. I've never had such a good pump going on, its sickly I have veins that definitely don't belong and I LOVE it!! I ordered some
