Today's workout was great:) I did strictly shoulders . Warm up 5 min bike ride , delt and rotary cuff warm up. Seated Arnold dumbbell press

Fuck the workout I just got back from an awesome dinner with an old girlfriend and boy it went well! We have a date Friday and I can't wait plus my hormones are raging! only downside is I had a few beers which I don't normally do on cycle, I am on heavy liver support though and have been for months, plus drinking tons of water daily, I feel fine don't think I caused any damage . Had to take the risk for this one boy she's cool!/fine lookin too :) -Mike

Thank you for the words of inspiration !! Seems to be paying off and I feel much better these days mentally I almost through away my cycle while going through break up but sure am glad I didn't back to last nights workout, seated Arnold dumbbell press35x12, 45x12, 55x10, 60,6 (superset with front raises with 20lbs per arm. It's funny it feels as though for any of the lighter weights like lateral raises or curls I can pump away forever , I've. Never felt this way before its awesome haha! Side laterals .. 20lbs per arm x10 reps , I hold dumbells out from sides aswell for30 seconds or so after last rep...3 sets of these

Bent over rear delt raises 20lbsx 12ish reps 3 sets

Upright rows 50 lbs x 12 reps x 3
Sets ( used wide grip and clean form)

Dumbell shrugs , worked my way up to 80x12ish

Many many bodyweight dips

Reverse pec dec flys
100lbs on machine till failure x 3 sets ( was around 10 or 12 reps each time)

Anyways was a good day followed by an even better evening! Will update later today, cause its legs day :O. -Mike
 
Last nights leg workout!

Warm up 5 minutes on arm peddling machine.. This thing destroys me lol I love it!

2 sets warm up lunges/ split squats
Walking lunges holding 60's
4 sets x 8 lunges per leg ( these did damage I am feeling it this morning..form was greatt I'm really focusing on stretching out my hip flexors and getting my hips aligned properly, I think I may go to chiro over the weekend)

Goodmornings 2 sets 95x 12
2 sets 135x10 (clean form)

Seated calf raises
2 sets 50lbs on machine
3 sets 135 on machine ( repped all to failure)
I really over did it on the lunges so I quit legs and did some back. I did some back hyperextended work too not too much but enough !

Seated cable rows -worked way up to 160 lbs x 12. 3 sets
Multiple Pull ups superset
With wide grip lat pulls dwns

Bent over rear flys, rear delts on pec
Dec

Shrugs

Slight ab work and some more arm peddling. I tried to run the stairs and made it one flight before deciding I wasted my time :P my legs were Effed up. Yesterday I got a huge tax return so I went and bought some wicked expensive fish oils :):)

Well it's time to go for the date I'm crazy exited and nervous been a long ass time since I've had to do this! Wish me luck!! I did not workout today the body needs the rest! Plus I had to clean incase things escalate back to my pad! Feeling very good mentally these days ! Kickin ass in school too so my body chemistry seems to be in check! Will update later -Mike!! Okay I had an awesome night and I got laid which I needed badly! I think she is going to come over again tonight! Fingers crossed!!!! She left satisfied and smiling so I'm sure she will be back! I will be at the gym a little later today after I wake up a little more I was up fairly late. -Mike

Well she came back over again last night and we chilled watched some movies and she spent the night which is exactly what I have been needing! Feels weird finding a new woman to hang with but I think I can adjust:) anyways back to the gym, today and yesterday I had pretty damn good workouts , today's especially ! I have been doing alot of shoulder days as I need to grow m delts bigger and it seems to be working, I was trying on new clothing at the mall and im not a huge guy by any means I think I holding down around 190 at 6'0 but it took me a million try's to find a shirt to fit ...almost every shirt is designed for skinny dudes I swear even an XL is too tight around chest/ shoulders! Frustrating actually.

But onward we go ! 5 minute warm up in Bike

Rotary cuff warmup

Side lat raises with 20lb per hand and 12ish reps superset with lighter upright rows, ( about 60lb per weighted barbell) 4 sets of these

Bent over flys
4 sets 12reps or more to failure with 20 lbs / arm

Seated dumbbell press
45x12
55x10
60x8
60x7

Standing alternating dumbbell press (went lighter with more explosive action)
30lbs per arm x 12ishreps 3 sets

Dumbbell shrugs , worked way up to 80x12 with proper form
45lb plate upright rows x many
Ab work

I know I may be frowned upon for this but I may switch to a low dose test e and eq cycle and continue to run for like 20 more weeks soon as my prop and mast have run out. I have run a 22week test e and eq cycle before and recovered fine with the appropriate pct and hcg implementation. I'll see how I feel anyway as I have had no negative sides thus far and am continuing to make progress .! Plus I have a ton of left over eq , I may cycle off too I'll see how she goes! -Mike
 
Was feeling pretty good and stuffed after a turkey dinner out at my parents acreage so after I digested it I went downstairs and hit shoulders quick and intense and they sure are lookin swole! -mike
