Today's workout was great I did strictly shoulders . Warm up 5 min bike ride , delt and rotary cuff warm up. Seated Arnold dumbbell press

Fuck the workout I just got back from an awesome dinner with an old girlfriend and boy it went well! We have a date Friday and I can't wait plus my hormones are raging! only downside is I had a few beers which I don't normally do on cycle, I am on heavy liver support though and have been for months, plus drinking tons of water daily, I feel fine don't think I caused any damage . Had to take the risk for this one boy she's cool!/fine lookin too -Mike
