Today's workout was legs . Earlier on I ran the stairs with my ex fiancé. It was nice to see her I'm hoping maybe things can be worked out. Needless to say today was an awesome day
Ate a huge pre workout meal and hit the gym an hour later.
5 min warm up on treadmill
Walking lunges with 50s. 2 sets to warm up , just walked around gym wasn't very heavy for me.
Leg press worked way up to 8 plates a side for 8 reps. This is a pr I think...
Super set with calf presses
I told chiro I wouldn't squat for a while... But then after the leg press I felt godlike, and my hips lower back feel considerably better after a few visits.

355x3(failed to hit 5 but boy it felt good to aim for my max again... Especially after a grueling leg press routine)
Leg curls ( can't remember the weight but I went to failure for 4 hard sets)
Foam rolled for about 15 minutes and did a few bridges
Left the gym feeling amazing but the soreness is setting In I over did it ; NOT!!
So one thing to note is I have upped calories by at least 1000 a day, and these last few days I have felt incredible. My metabolism must be jacked cause I weighed 189 today which is a loss, but the strength mood and energy was waaayyy up! Fuck I feel good right now!
