Some ab work, 10 minutes HIIT on treadmill and a few dips. That's all for tonight felt good to put in a solid workout with a clear state of mind! As for the beastdrol, I am ready to unleash the beast.. I weighed in at 189 tonight, and that is a solid 189 ! On a side note, this fridge rading effect of the ghrp 6 is somethin else. May be a good combination for my light eating ass!! Gotta feed the beast!
