First and foremost thanks to anyone who takes the time reads this. been wanting to start logging my day to day workouts and results along with aas use for quite some time now. I will be running a 5x5 strength training routine Along with a few assistance exercises to keep the beach muscles up to par.(and to assist the big lifts of course:D ) stats are 24, 6'0, 185 , roughly 11 % body fat I would estimate maybe 12ish. Current supps are beta alanine, creapure, taurine. Will be startiing mod Grf 129 and ghrp 6 in a week, and in about a month will be running a beastdrol test prop 4 week cycle. Goals are to continue to grow stronger, bigger And hammer out Intense workouts each and everytime I step in the gym!! No pain no gain! I have about 4 years of serious lifting experience and 2 cycles under my belt. That's it for now I'll add more as I think of it. -Mike
 
Day 1. After doing a lot of riding bicycle and running I have decided to get back to the weights. So here is what I ate today and my workout.
5.:30 am 30grams whey protein, teaspoon creapure, beta alanine, taurine. 1 banana, handful of grapes, 2 hard boiled eggs
10:00 am 2 cups old fashioned oats, 25 grams whey, 2 hard boiled eggs, apple, few sticks celery broccoli and cucumber
1:30 pm 450 calories of raw energy mixed nuts, 2 hard boiled eggs, chicken noodle soup, orange, few sticks celery broccoli cucumber, small yogurt
4pm - pre workout cup of old fashion oats , 25 grams whey
5pm- tsp creapure , beta alanine , taurine
5:15 - gym -incline press 2 x warmup.

Also on a side note I am a construction worker 10 hours a day so all that food consumed is also being burned during the day :P still trying to find the proper amount of food intake to grow with little fat gain . -mike

Diet today was the same as yesterday except I had tomato soup instead of chicken noodle and supper was meatloaf, chicken, rice 2 cups milk granola Muslix cereal( love this stuff) and spinach salad. I'm working out of town so I'm in a camp where they cater to us.

Warm up- 5 minute bike ride level 15 rpm around 80

Went with higher reps with this today to ensure I use the correct form

Did a few sets of hammer curls running the rack, single leg hammy raises, and heavy Ab work for 3 minutes

Overall an average day think I may need to eat more as I weighed in at 183 today. (damnit)! Also quite choked about my military press makes me want to run back to the gym and try again . I head home Friday for a few days off and will be starting ghrp 6 and grf 1-29. Test prop is on the way and beastdrol katanadrol are in my closet. It will be my first run with any of these compounds. How much prop per week is equivalent to 500 Mgs enanthate? Thx - Mike.

Great to see another log in here bro. Hey if you're getting ready to start another cycle you should check out the link in my signature about the transformation contest. It starts the 1st of Feb. and runs for 90 days. Also it doesn't cost anything to enter and you're keeping a log anyway so you don't got nothing to lose but a lot to gain. On that 5x5 you gonna need to dam near dbl your food intalke bro. The thing is if you dont you just arent gonna get the potential out of the program.
You dont need to worry bout getting fat either. Doing your job and doing a 5x5 , well thats gonna take a hell of a lot of fuel for that furnace.

Ok here goes. Diet for today was same as yesterday except I added in 500 more calories of raw energy mixed nuts( love these !!!) and supper consisted of a new York strip loin steak, baked potato, scoop of mashed potato, 3 chicken fingers , 2 cups milk and big bowl of Muslix cereal. Muscles felt full at work today coveralls feel tight:) I know I may be overtraining a little but I love the gym so much I don't care and I do take days off when u feel too fatigued , but after work today I was fired up and ready to go. Also the 5x5 routine is my own and I do not follow a totally strict rep range or weekly schedule as I enjoy messing around a little too having fun. But I do take the lifts seriously ! Today's lifts...
Flat bench 2x warm up

Hit a few rear delt flys and side lateral raises then a nice stretch session, then stuffed myself full of steak!

You can do it and you will get there. Just keep working at it man.
Something else for you here bro.
For the most benefit from your 5x5 you should be consistant on your excersizes.
An excellent template is the Strong Lifts 5x5 for intermediate lifters.
I urge you to google that and appy it to you. As long as your gonna put in the effort I would love to see you reach your potential.
Belive me its still dam fun too!

Ok well I don't know where to begin but Hott damn I had one hell of a workout today! I guess I should state I am not really doing a true 5x5 as my training partner is more into split routine training and I prefer strength training. I completely agree with you zed I ran a good 5x5 when I was going solo and was up to a 405 squat and almost 500 deadlift with a 275 bench weighing 190( i was on the sauce though) But I guess we are trying to find a happy medium that suits us both. I will read up on that strong lifts though I am always looking to learn more. Non the less today was an insane workout. On to the good stuff!!!

I think that is all stretched for 5-10 minutes post workout then ate an epic
Ham, rice sausage muslix cereal meal. Oh and 2 cups of milk.

Now as for my diet the last 2 days I have been adding An extra 500 calories of mixed nuts in the am and a s much supper as I can fit in my belly. Something must be working because I felt euphoric all day at work and I swear I am horny as ever. I don't know if this is due to increased food intake but maybe all these years of construction I have been under eating who knows. Weighed in at 184.5 today. Also have incredible muscle pumps these last 2 nights but I am not sure if maybe the creatine beta alanine taurine combo has anything to do with that. Ok here goes just a quick update. I arrived home last night around 9 pm after a 17 day shift of work. Have a nice 5 days off and will be hitting the gym off and on with my wife but definitely going to use this time to catch up on some extra rest. Took my first doses of ghrp 6 and grf 1-29 last night. Mixed 5 grams ghrp 6 with 2.5 ml bac water and 2 grams grf1-29 with 1 ml bac water. I took 100 mcg of each at 11 and not sure what I felt but I slept well.( could be placebo , could be because I was home in my own bed) but generally I have a tough time falling asleep first night home. I woke up at 5am feeling great and took a leak and decided to take another 100 mcg each. I think I may have felt a little hunger but not certain. I did fall right back asleep for 3 hours of deep sleep and here I am now! Hope my stuff is not bunk guess only time will tell. If I wanted to ask about a source or get a source check how would I go about it? Thanks everyone I will update later today after I freaking smash the weights!!!-mike. Is prolactin something I should be worried about when running 100 mcg of each 3 times daily ? From what I understand prolactin and cortisol levels stay in the normal range when not going over the saturation dose. I have alot of caber and 4 bottles forma stanzol but would rather not use at this time.

Felt good in the gym but a depressing fact is I weighed in at 181.4 down 3 pounds in 2 days. I have no idea if this has to do with starting the peptides and I ate a fucking massive breakfast at a restaurant today called the Yukon big bite. Dunno what to say about that. I have taken about 6 loose poops today also I'm sure that aided in the weight drop. This may be attributed to the peptides from what I have read who knows though. I have had close to 3k calories today so far and it's only 430 pm but I feel empty and skinny. Anyways time to relax at home no work for 4 more days wooo hooo!! Also felt an extreme sense of well being all day today. Too soon to tell if this has anything to do with the peptides... May just be happy to be home. Will update tomorrow - Mike

Well another good night of sleep I even upped the amount of
Ghrp to about 200 mcg and no hunger pangs... But a pretty damn good sleep again! Just peed on one of my wife's pregnancy sticks and it came back negative so It's not hcg. Another strange thing I have noticed is I have had like this whooping cough for a week all my co workers have had it for almost a month. 2 days Of taking the peptides and it is gone... This is just a thought nothing scientific being stated just an observation. Will update later after I smash some weights- Mike!

Had an excellent workout today !! Breakfast was a protein shake banana Creatine arginine beta alanine taurine. Half hour later I had 2 eggs, huge bowl of Cheerios with mixed nuts thrown in and blueberries greek yogurt , an English muffin, bagel, and 3 strips Of bacon. An hour and a half later I made a pre workout shake with creatine beta alanine taurine and arginine. Drove to the gym and then stuck myself with 200mcg ghrp6 and 100mcg grf 1-29. Starting to think these peptides are good to go. I was Sweating like a pig and had some decent ass pumps going on! My energy was never ending. On to today's workout!

Yeah losing te cough is Weird 2 days ago I couldn't lay on my back at night without constantly coughing now it's peaceful. I'll take it that's for sure! Lol thx for the kind words crix I say impeccable form because I know when I go heavier If I'm not cautious I can cheat with the left so I always do an extra set with "impeccable" form to push that left arm back in the right direction.!

Little morning update. I had another good sleep last night despite waking up to take a piss I feel well rested. I almost would go as far to say as I have that "on" feeling and I'm walking around all day really in a good mood. Also received an email from the research company offering to send purity papers on the product. Doing a ton of foam rolling, rolling on hockey ball, and stretching in front of tv this morning and will update later after I smash them weights ! Time to grow.! Test prop has arrived also now just waiting until I feel ready to start. Probably run it in a month when I am home for my Carpentry school. I would like to see how the peptides are working anyways before I mix it up -Mike
 
Ok here we GoOoo! Today's workout was something completely savage. I was sweating, breathing heavy and totally ravaged by the time I was done. Started out by stepping on the scale. 185.6! YES!
-Warm up was 5 minute jog 7.0 mph. Felt really easy. Could have ran for miles.
-Went on to do some military press on the smith machine. I did not go heavy as my left shoulder has been feeling some strain as of lately. So I loaded it up with 35 pounds per side and repped 30 reps for 4 sets. This actually surprised me I was really feeling a wicked burn!

Decent sleep again last night even though I had a lot on my mind. Woke up at 5am took 100mcg of each peptide and then laid in bed awake for 20 minutes. This is the first time I have noted stomach grumbling and feelings of hunger, they were controllable though. 10 minutes later I crashed hard into vivid dreams woke up to my wifes 630 alarm clock but could have slept forever! I notice a little bloating later in the day but also incredible muscle fullness. Will update after gym today I am sore all over from lifting religiously but I will carry on with my high volume approach as i seem to be making gains. -mike
 
Today's workout was good but not quite as intense as I would have liked. Amazing how wearing the wrong clothing can totally throw off your routine. Stupid shirt was rubbing my armpit raw today. Anyways warm up was 5 minute jog 7.0 mph. And some rotary cuff work before getting into the serious lifting. I should add every muscle In my body was sore today so I only had mediocre lifts except for one I'll get to later.

Best sleep I have experienced this far. Shot 100 mcg of each at 9pm and at 910 I pinned 3 iu hgh. It was lights out within a half hour. Feel like I'm holding a little water as I get used to the peptides and now added hgh but that's ok. Joints are feeling achy as well. Almost back up north for a 10 day shift of work, will update later after smashing weights with my training partner.
 
Ok first day back at the gym in camp here. Continuing with my 100mcg of each pre workout. My thoughts about holding extra water were accurate as I weighed 189.1 today. Mind you I ate a 3 pound burrito last night which I'm sure was packed with sodium. Didn't even feel hungry today just ate out of principle. On to the weights!

Felt pretty big in the gym today and had a decent pump going. Look forward to heavy squats tomorrow w00t.!! Water weight does not feel like the standard elevated estrogen type. Face is still narrow and do not feel emotional or anything. Ankles a little sore today...I have read that growth and growth releasing peptides can cause water weight gain and ankle pain. Either way it does not seem to be a big issue as of right now. I wouldn't be surprised if I am back down to 186 or so after work tomorrow.- Mike
 
First day back to work went okay. I am definitely gaining size. Some fat but that's ok and expected still pretty lean. Weigh in today 187.something. Scale is fucked so let's say 187. Have upped calories by about 500 or so more again so we shall see how I respond to this. I have been finding it hard to eat lately I am not sure why but I don't have the appetite I had a few weeks ago, once I start eating though I have no problem finishing my meals. I noticed this as soon as I started the peptides but wasnt sure if that was what was causing it, I'm pretty certain now they are the cause, feel like I'm holding extra water too but it isnt causing any issues. Now to the weights.

I did a bunch of supersets today or bicep tricep side lateral raises, lat pull downs , abs, and 10 minutes hiit on the treadmill. Going to lower peptide dose to just once a day at night to see if this is what is causing the bloat. I'm not sure if it's the ghrp 6 or the creatine mono... Or both although the first week on the creatine did not feel like this. Energy is still very good and I pinned 100mcg of each pep into my left bicep before the gym and my arm was holding a HUgE pump. Anyways today is a quick update I'm exhausted now and wish to rest ill try to give a better update after tomorrows workout. Weight was 189-Mike
 
Well I stuck to my guns and haven't had any peptides so far today. Will still take my nighttime dose but I must admit I felt better at work today, less bloated and my appetite creeped back. Strange Because ghrp6 is generally associated with bouts of hunger. Still makes me question whether I have been hoaxed with hcg... I did piss on a pregnancy test a while back and it was negative, when I get home I will squeeze some of the actual pep onto one and see what the results are. My sleeps have been incredible though this is one aspect I have noticed dramatically, being in camp on a small single bed I was lucky to get 5 solid hours of sleep before, now I am getting 7-8 hours of DEEP sleep and that alone is plain awesome lol. I just remembered I started taking 15 grams of arginine powder daily the same day as i started the ghrp 6. Maybe this may be causing the funny stomach feelings/ abdominal bloat. ? We shall see! Test prop cycle to begin soon! I am very excited for this!

Well the bloat is a little better now, weighed in at 185 and I must admit I feel much more comfortable here and look better and feel stronger, the bloat slows me down. Was also a physical day of work. Deadlifted 6000 lbs 100 lbs at a time at work bending over an picking up 60 steel plates. This was an intense workout being dressed up in all my winter gear. Rest of the day consisted of framing walls and floor sections and hauling a shit ton of plywood. Anyways off to the good stuff. Today's workout 5 minute jog 7.6 mph

My left shoulder is a pain in the ass I really hope it improves over time with the peptide use. This is one of the Main benefits I am hoping to take away from the peps.. Anything else would be a nice bonus! I should probably take a day off the gym here but I don't know how and I'm really enjoying every session! Nothing else to do in this bunk ass camp.

Didn't do any other exercises just stretched and ate. Will update again tomorrow-Mike
 
Woke up today a couple hours early and both arms were numb. Fell back to sleep within 30 seconds. The sleeps and dreams are astounding! Within 30 minutes of my night time pin I feel like a dark void and then it's lights out.
 
Well today was a pretty good workout! It was my last day on the creatine( 30 day run) but will continue to take beta alanine and taurine everyday. Kinda messed around in the gym today and did some fun exercises but it was a gooder! Warm up 5 minute medium jog 8.1mph ( last minute was tough)

Well tonight's workout was Phenominal! Haven't had those stupid peptides for 2 days and I feel so damn good again... I think i wasted my money on them, first 5 days I felt really good, almost like I was on test, then my mood changed up and down an the water weight hit, I am highly suspicious I have hcg. Poo on that. Today's weight was 184, but skin feeling much tighter and pumps were explosive and muscles hard as rock.

Took 150 mg katana and 40 mg var hour pre workout. Didn't notice much except my hands are numb and my arms feel very light. Didn't expect to notice anything except placebo effect. On to my workout.

Christmas came early. Just took first shot prop and mast. Ran syringe under hot water and the inject was painless. Very excited as I have some really good quality prop and mast! Will update after gym session. Also feel much better this morning even after katanadrol dose so It's looking good!

Second shot of prop mast went smooth into left quad. No issues do far. Feeling pretty dry though wonder if it's the forma already. If so then the product is definitely the real deal. 5 pumps am and pm. Not sure if katana truly reduces estrogen and progesterone or not but I'm drying out.

Very nice workouts bro. Only thing that I can see that might need attention is get your bent over bbl row right in line with your bench. That way much less concern with shoulder issues.

Thx bro I will work on it ! Next workout I'll push the limit and see what I can actually do on the barbell row for a comparison. Today's workout. 20 minute jog to the gym.. Legs starting to Chaffee while running, was a good little run. I'm pretty exhausted now i just messed around in the gym I can't even recall exactly what I did. Basically a bunch of assistance work. I'd love to list them all but I am in need of a nap lol. Went hard non the less. It's only day 2 on the prop/mast but Hott damn my libido is taking off. This can not be placebo I know this feeling. And I feel a great sense of well being. ! -Mike. May hit some weights In my basement later I feel very driven. I have a squat rack, bench, oly bar and about 405 pounds may hammer out some deads since I have chalk.

Good point radar : ) dinner last night was wild rice 8oz steak topped with pecan and crumbled goat cheese ( this was friggen UNREaL.)!! Had one light beer. Only one I'll have during this month cycle. The keg has become my new favorite place to eat so long as they continue to serve that pecan crusted steak. Today will be a dungeon workout. Downstairs I'll be squatting and Deadlifting. No upper body work everything up there is in need of a break. Will update a little later. 3rd inject was right glute, think I may have grazed a nerve as it was slightly uncomfortable but no pain and feels good to go.

Arnold is talking about the results of his weekend training sessions in the countryside near Munich. He and a few training partners would load up a car with weights and drive out to the woods to train. They limited themselves to one exercise, like squats, and did them all day. Arnold once squatted for three hours, performing 55 sets.

I'll have to say lately I have strayed away from the 5x5 cause of a new training partner but I am diving right back into it here right away he can either put up or do his own thing :P. Truthfully so long as I give 100 percent in the gym I always am satisfied, BUT the 5x5 program seems to keep my muscles Denser than doing a typical split... And I feel euphoric after moving heavy ass weight ! Zed is a very wise man :)

4th shot into left glute went fine so far all seems good. Woke up today with legs still holding a pump back and hips are a little stiff going to roll around on a tennis ball before heading back to work. Will update later after doing rows and military press.
 
That last squat DL day was intense bro. Thats prolly not a bad thing to do once in a while but with running the 5x5 I would not do it too often. Dont wanna see you get hurt or burnt out man.

If I were having high estrogen issues what would be a few tell tale signs just for me to watch out for, I tend to hold a little water in my chest anyways so nipples do sometimes seem puffy when not erect, but this is nothing new. My libido is sky high mood is great and energy is really high. Is the forma 5 pumps am/ pm enough along with masteron.. And is 50 mg/day prop usually enough to cause gyno? Just want to make sure I do this right. I do have letro for worse case scenario . Cycle has been so far 250 mg katana/day, 60 mg var/day and 50 mg prop and mast/ day

Not even 1 week in yet...This pharma grade prop is the way to go I think, hardly and water weight and I feel so damn good/ aggressive.. Ok it sounds like your fine. But if it were me I would be taking 12.5 mg of Aromasin EOD just to play it safe cuz you do tend to have the chest and nip issues.

Other signs would be moodienss, water retention, itchy puffy painful nipps, low to no sex drive, pecker would not work for anything but peeing out of.

I remember when i hit 315 i thought i was bad ass, then 400 came along man i thought i was smoking,and to make my birthday at 58 i did a 502 The whole gym was hollering ,i couldn't hear them sounded like they were a block away!The pats on the back made my birthday :)

Sounds like you may be a little bloated right now if your feeling full all day. Go get you some OTC water pills and use them as directed on the instruction. That most likely will make you feel better bro. Also be sure that your drinking at least 1 gal of water per day. If you arent drinkng enough water then your bod will retain water.

Incline dumbbell press 70x5x3 sets
I was in the gym for over 2 hours and I loved every minute of it. Tomorrow is my last day of work and school starts for 2 months. Last 2 weeks of cycle should be unreal:D train eat train hahaha sleep!!!! In my own comfy bed !

On a sad note ... My fiancé and I have split for now, I know I was calling her my wife it just wasnt official. Now its non existent... but I am a positive person and I am going to smash the shit out of the gym as hard and often as I can because it's what' I enjoy most and makes me feel good. Ok tonight's workout wasnt the best but it was still ok .. Have a fair amount on my mind.
Pull ups - body weight x 100 reps about 10 at a time
Weighted narrow grip Pull ups-
Body weight +45 x 5 reps 3 sets
Deadlift 245 x12 x 3 sets ( was just skewing around posterior chain is still sore but haven't done deads for a while )
That's about it .. Mind was still all over the place so I went for a 15 minute jog at a solid pace but it was damn cold out (-20) but I needed to clear my head ! Time to relax watch some dexter .. The prop and mast and katana are fucking raping me now by the way I am becoming incredibly hard I love it , and my libido has never been this out of control, also sweating like a pig but sleeping fairly well.. I dropped the var a week ago do to it feeling like dbol and have had Katana at 500mg/day this last week... I think it's working :P
 
Today's workout - 5 min warm up on treadmill 8mph

Dumbbell military press
2x warm up
50x5

Side lateral raises 20 lbs per Arm 10 reps each, held arms strait out from waist for 30 seconds after each set..(ouch!!)4 sets

Rear delt flys
15 lbs per arm 15 reps 4 sets(good squeeze at peak contraction)

Walking lunges 3 sets 5 reps per leg holding 75 lb dumbbells

Little bit of ab work.. Was feeling fatigued needed more food I think, may go downstairs this evening for a little more shoulder punishment :D

Sad note without the fiance its a hell of a time for your hormones to be jacked.....dont hurt yourself bro LOL.

I think I am maintaining my workouts but I can tell something is a little off but I'm okay with that considering what's going on.. Now on account of my jacked hormones zed... I have acted on them already and I must admit it was the best thing I could have done! High test and being single is one good ass combination!

Worked way up to a 45and 25 per side on smith machine for 5 reps
Side laterals 20 lbs per arm 3 sets 12ish reps
Laying on side on bench side laterals
20lbs per arm 12 reps 2 sets per arm
Dumbbell curls 40 lbs per arm 10 reps per arm super set with barbell curls 95 lbs dragging up stomach 3 sets
Seated leg
Press
3 played a side x 20

I superset calf presses between every set

Few treadmill sprints

Window washers for abs 2 sets
Drove to stairs and ran about 6 flights

Just pulled 405 x 3 deafdlifts following a 24 hour fast... Feelsgoodman! Still have too much energy gonna love the occasional fast I can feel the GH secretion :p remainder of workout consisted of bent over rows worked up to 225x5, incline bench worked my way up to 185x5 and weighted Pullups with 45 pound plate attached . -Mike ... Time to feast :D

I have been training fasted these last few days... Nothing new to me and I forgot how much I enjoy it.. Feel insanely strong/energetic/and sense of well being. I am usually around 20 hours fasted when I hit the weights!
I have since then consumed over 4000 calories in one sitting and feel like I could pack back a little more in yet;) protein is around 1.5-2 g per lb Of body weight. Forgot to add I did 4 1 minute intense treadmill sprints after working out then proceeded to stretch.. Confidence is high and I feel really good as the breakup drama has mostly passed, hitting on everything in sight and seem to be leaving positive impressions... Maybe some action this weekend lets hope so!

Ok here we go I have been absent lately and have had some crappy workouts do to school and life, but my ex is all moved out and things are moving along nicely. I want to ad I tested my ghrp 6 cjc 1293, and it is not hcg, it is legit. I realize when I had started the ghrp 6 last time around I was also just starting Arginine and creatine mono, I think these may have been the issue with bloating and no appetite as since then I have been using the ghrp 6 for about a week now and I am hungry as can be all damn day, and I feel pretty good!! I am curious to know if it would be ok for me to extend my cycle and use my one container of beastdroll, or should I quit as planned? I have been running lots of liver support the entire time on katana and I am not really ready for my month run to come to an end, especially since half of it was poor timing with the ex and I splitting. I wish to add that today I will be restarting my strong lifts 5x5 program following it properly... 3 days a week. Eating properly, resting lie a champ. I will still incorporate a little hiit as I feel it helps me feel light on my feet. I just bombed 20mg beast pre workout, and I am going to hit the gym in about a half hour. I will be eating as my heart desires and it's time to see what I can really do. I want to see 200 pounds of lean machine. I am still striving for the athletic look, but am willing to eat more to see what happens. I have 7 weeks of school left and I am going to attempt to make the most of my time to gain, as Its hard to gain while working 7 days a week like I am normally doing.

Some ab work, 10 minutes HIIT on treadmill and a few dips. That's all for tonight felt good to put in a solid workout with a clear state of mind! As for the beastdrol, I am ready to unleash the beast.. I weighed in at 189 tonight, and that is a solid 189 ! On a side note, this fridge rading effect of the ghrp 6 is somethin else. May be a good combination for my light eating ass!! Gotta feed the beast!
