Today's workout
15 minute jog to gym( fiancé has car lol but I have just picked up a new one so no more jogging through a foot of snow damn that was a lame cold jog )

I think I am maintaining my workouts but I can tell something is a little off but I'm okay with that considering what's going on.. Now on account of my jacked hormones zed... I have acted on them already and I must admit it was the best thing I could have done! High test and being single is one good ass combination!
Last night I had a second workout of the day ... Basement dungeon decline bench. 135x20

245x5(felt very strong)
135x12 (deep stretch)
135x10 (partial reps deep stretch)
Now, since this mornings crap ass workout I have hit the basement for some dungeon squats
