Ive been at the same gym for 4 years and for some reason, lately I havnt wanted to go! I hate the place! :chomp: This has been for about 2 months now. It sucks because I've only been getting 2-3 workouts in a week, if I'm lucky?? Any suggestions on motiviation or how to deal with this? Thanks a lot ladies!

Happens all the time. Sometimes you just need a change of scenery. But to get back into the gym, usually a good time to change up your training routine. Maybe hire a trainer for 3-4 sessions to give you a totally new workout or focus. Maybe set a new goal - e.g. try power lifting to increase strength, or focus on pilates or yoga or whatever.

Sometimes you just plain old need a break too. Nothign wrong w/ that as long as it doesnt' run too long. Then your next post on EF is ... stopped goign to the gym, now I'm fat :)
