In order to get my caloric and protein intake levels up, I've been downing "boiled eggs" between breakfast, lunch, and dinner, (averaging about 12 a day), to provide me with 6 meals a day.
I'm a hard gainer that doesn't have to worry much about fat.
Are eggs a reasonable source of protein, and should I worry about things like excess cholesterol?
