Eating Schedule- HIT IT!

Here is my eating schedule, still trying to thin out a little around the mid section. 200lbs, 6ft. Gym 4 days then 1/2 light day. Cardio 6 days (20 mins) fate burn only.

5:30am- Banana

6am- Cardio

7am- 1 whole egg, 5 egg white.
1 cup of oatmeal

9am-Protien drink- 8 oz

10am- 1 can tuna

11am- Protein - 8oz

12pm- 8 oz chic breast w/ veggies

2pm- Banana and 4 oz chic breast

4pm- 1 cup oatmeal, 1 can tuna

6pm-GYM-Lift

7pm- 20 oz Protein Drink

8pm- Lean steak w/ veggies

10pm-2 hands full of peanuts

That's it. Day in and day out. I enjoy what I eat so I don’t consider this a diet. So, recommend away. Like I said, just trying to show these abs a little more and get rid of that belly fat. 16-18% body fat, lifting 8 years. I take my supps and daily's everyday, so no worries there..

Done...Though it was alright, but I have to change something (I feel) just to rip out these abs...Looking for something...
