Zed your program looks solid. I can give a few pointers but it seems like you are spot on with your training and nutrition. Although I would like to see a little more protein and less carbs.

I know you want to move toward hypertrophy but with a BF of 20% lets adress that first. above 12% is never necessary or healthy so we want to shoot for around 10% before we start trying to add muscle.
How is your cardio?

For cardio, I am doing 10 min pre workout at 140-150 bpm, and then 20 min post workout at 140-150 bpm. Also am working on diet, meat and cheese for breakfast, meat and cheese on one slice of multi grain bread with lettuce NO SPREADS and a glass of 2% milk for lunch. Dinner always meat, veggie and 1/2 a potatoe. Am adding 1 shake between lunch and dinner. Possibely 1 cup cottage cheese with fruit for sank aroudn 8:00 pm.
Body fat is drecreasing noticibly.
 
First of all this is your first cycle you have the advantage of very very clean receptor sites. Generally speaking I ALWAYS reccommend that everybody start off with a 28 day cycle of Deca( 200 mg every 7 days, no PCT). During this time Protien is 2G per lb of BW and calories should be 18-20 per lb of BW.
My reasons for this are many but the primary reason is long term gains. The other reason is the severity of sides. First you do not know how your body will respond to different AAS. And in a state of heightened sensitivity not only will the potential Anabolic/androgenic muscular benefits be realize but also will the SIDES. So in the interest of safety, long term results, and health for the begginer less is more.

Also just to get itout of the way I assume you have the prerequisite 2-3 years of hard serious weight training under your belt. Remember untrained muscle responds poorly to AAS due to less androgen, GH and insulin(several more as well) receptors and less area to be potentially effected by AAS. not to mention adequate nuero pathways, overall musculature, and the ability to deal with waste by-products.

your diet looks solid and I like the training regiment. Mkae sure to implement the heavier low rep workouts when you are on higher Androgenic drugs and use some of the techniques I outlined earlier when on more anabolic phases or during a non-chemically enhanced period. so what I am going to do is just map out a year of cycles for you. The last bro I had do this gained 50 lbs over the course of the year of hard mass.

Weeks 1-4 200 mg Deca per week
weeks 5-8 off AAS
week 9 200 mg primo(100 mg shot mon/thurs)/ 25 mg Var ed
week 10 200 mg primo/ 30 mg var ed
week 11 200 mg primo 35 mg var ed
week 12 200 mg primo 35 mg var ed

note: weeks 9-12 expect a 6-8 lb gain with 2 G protein per lb BW and 20 cal per lb of BW

weeks 13-15 off

week 17 Deca 400 mg 20 mg Dbol ed
week 18 deca 400 mg 25 mg dbol ed
week 19 deca 400 mg 30 mg dbol ed
week 20 deca 400 mg 35 mg dbol ed
week 21 deca 400 mg 35 mg dbol nolva/proviron 10/25 mg/d
week 22 deca 400 mg 30 mg dbol nolva/proviron 10/25 mg/d
week 23 deca 400 mg 25 mg dbol nolva/proviron 10/25 mg/d
week 24 deca 400 mg 20 mg dbol nolva/proviron 10/25 mg/d HCG 3000 iu 2xw
week 25 nolva/proviron 10/25 mg/d HCG 3000 iu 2xw
week 26 nolva/proviron 10/25 mg/d HCG 3000 iu 2xw

note: during that cycle again keep the protein @ 2g per lb Bw and 20 cal per lb BW(adjusted cause u will be bigger now)

Week 27 EQ 100 mg 3xW Winstrol 50 mg 3xw
week 28 EQ 100 mg 3xW Winstrol 50 mg 4xw
week 29 EQ 100 mg 3xW Winstrol 50 mg 3xw
week 30 EQ 100 mg 3xW Winstrol 50 mg 7xw
wee 31 EQ 100 mg 3xW Winstrol 50 mg 7xw
week 32 EQ 100 mg 3xW Winstrol 100 mg 3xw HCG 3000 iu 2xw
week 33 HCG 3000 iu 2xw 50 mg clomid 2xd
week 34 clomid 50 mg 1xd


take until week 48 of ALL AAS and then you will be ready to do the entire year over again. some good bros could get amazing gains for 3 years just repeating this protocol and sticking to the nutrition.


some notes:
If during weeks 17-24 liver dbol is a concern to you because of liver harshness primo is a good substitue week 17 50 mg/d; week 18 75 mg/d; week 19; 100 mg/d; week20 125 mg/d; week 21 150 mg/d; week 22 150 mg/d; week 23 100mg/d; week 24 50 mg/d

if you want to cut during any part of it weeks 30-35 are a good time to layer in some clen 80-120 mcg 2 days on 2 days off till week 35(of course this will limit LBM gains since your diet will be obviously biased toward a caloric deficiet)

This thread has a lot of great info too. I agree the madcow thread should be a sticky and now it is.
