how do u handle weak point training? i see u r a big proponent of "overtraining". when i notice something lagging i end up hitting it my normal once every 5 days and then at the end of two other workouts or later in the day i would punish them some more. i always felt u have to punish some weak body parts and give them no choice but to grow.
Weak point training is handled several different ways.
1. Prioritization: this should be fairly obvious. Work the weak bodypart first or on its own day.
2. Sodium loading: This is pretty cool. You ever noticed after you grub a high sodium cheat meal you have insane pumps? Well this is due to the hypertransport abilities of the sodium potassium pump working at optimal levels. Try adding salt(and lots of extra water) to a few meals before you are going to train your weak bodypart. You will be AMAZED how well this works.
3. Brief periods of high volume training: This adresses the "overtraining component and is very very advanced. Psycholigally and physically elite athletes can definately benefit from 2-3 week periods of hitting a weak bodypart 3 times a week. But you MUST know your threshholds and preferably have supraphysiological amounts of the proper hormones, nutrients, rest etc.
4. Site injection protocols: I am not referring to Valentino like synthol loaded idiot synthol use here. But certain short acting drugs such as Test suspension, proprionate, tren, GH, Slin, PGF and a few others are very well tolerated to inject into the weak point muscle shortly after a workout. Not only does this shuttle in the hormones to a localized area but the actual VOLUMIZATION of the oil itself will help to stretch the fascia over time leading to an increase in potential growth area(think support networks).
