Ok, lets keep it rolling -- here's a cycling/diet question I've always wanted to ask a competitive BBer:
Realistically, when transitioning from bulking to cutting/contest prep, do you go off cycle and/or stabilize your diet first? Or do you stay on and just start changing your diet and hormone stack? I mean, I know there are competitors who stay on and those who cycle more traditionally. Just curious how YOU prefer to transition your diet and hormones from bulking to cutting (assuming you have plenty of time).
