Ok, lets keep it rolling -- here's a cycling/diet question I've always wanted to ask a competitive BBer:

Realistically, when transitioning from bulking to cutting/contest prep, do you go off cycle and/or stabilize your diet first? Or do you stay on and just start changing your diet and hormone stack? I mean, I know there are competitors who stay on and those who cycle more traditionally. Just curious how YOU prefer to transition your diet and hormones from bulking to cutting (assuming you have plenty of time).

Often I set up my cycles a year(or more) in advance and then I just position my shows where I think Ill be at a peak of conditioning(normally this is right after a Max anabolic phase/cortisol/estro suppression. After this is decided it is really just a matter of layering in the carb cycling starting anywhere from 10-16 weeks out(depending on conditioning). Of course cardio increases at that time too.
really the only thing subject to change is the final week prep because of the water depletion phase and the carb loading phase.
As a gneral rule I like to be off ALL aromatizing androgens for at least 2 weeks before a show to really come in peeled.

Ill try to dig up my 2004-2005 protocols and post it up here so all the good bro's can take what they will from it.
 
i have all the shit for my next cycle primo, var , test , tren anything and everythin i would need.... thats what u call a balla cycle
