Dry look and how to stop late night craves!

I have been to doin the diet for over a year now. I know you need to keep your sodium low, and drink lots of water to look dry. I need a potassium supp.? Someone please tell me how to stop the late night craves. I get craves for good tasting food from 7 till i go to sleep. any advice would be awesome!
 
get a drink you really like thats low cal low sodium and no fat and maybe 1 carb or none thats what i do and i drink that.
 
If I crave something sweet I'll eat those caramel rice cakes. Not the best thing but hey it could be worse right?

Save calories to eat after 7pm. Why don't you want to eat past 7pm? there is nothing wrong with that.

Just make sure you save, so that you aren't maxed out when you get hungry after 7. Eat up until you go to bed.

Veggies and fiber are good to add here, as well as some casein protein..> They will help you fill up. Spinach, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini... Along side low fat/fat free cheese, cottage cheese, fat free feta, fat free ricotta, etc. Adds bulk to your diet without a lot of cals.
 
Well im trying to really tone up. I have my diet layed out for the day to have as many grams of protein and carbs as I weigh. I weigh 180lbs So i am consuming about 195g protein and 173g of carbs. Or do ineed to go by calories? Im still trying to figure out the tone diet
