Well peeps I gotta tell you all this was the worst workout that I have had in I dont know how long.
I go in tomorrow for a post cycle (blast) blood test which I will post up for you all.
Sex recently has been like wham bam well honey Im done now after like 5 strokes......that really sucks!
Feel bloated always so am stopping the 10 mg dbol for now.
Feel like I have a weight on my chest all the time but my blood pressure really is not that bad. Run between 130/70 up to 147/75.
So much for being a whiny lil bitch......
Workout
BBL Squats 2x20@100 really knocked the shit right out of me. Had a hell of a time catching my breath after.
SLDL3x10@135 feeling this in my hamms real nicely.
Calves 2x12@45, 1x25@bod. Single leg holding a 45Lb plate, very slow.
Forarms Static holds during calves @45 Lbs
Didnt do Abs.
PWO shake 1 pak gelatin, 2 scoops protein powder, 12oz 2% milk.
PWO inject 15IUs each of Ipamor and CJC 1295.
And here I sit bloated, feeling like crap and blasted.
