Does this breakfast work?

So, pressed for time in the mornings or whatever my excuse is, I've been consuming this breakfast for a few months now. It is also important to note that I usually eat again within 1 - 2 hours, a more balanced meal.

Wake up, I toast two pieces of whole wheat bread, and throw on like 3 servings of peanutbutter and slap it together eat it with 30 oz of water, 2 fish oil caps, 1 multi vit, 1 vit d.

Will this suffice for a decent breakfast? I then eat 4 - 5 more times that day, get the proteins n cals semi right

Could do, but not all bread and peanut butter are created equally.

Read the ingredients, make sure everything is stuff you understand, no hydrogenated fats, trans fats, glucose, sugar, inverted glucose etc.

Otherwise, look for a new bread and/or peanut butter.

You should pick up needto's cookbook. He has laid out how to make a killer breakfast- eggs, oats, etc in mere minutes. It would be a good investment.

What does the highest quality available at my local grocery store mean?

If I did that at mine, the quality would be rubbish.

Another suggestion:

Pour boiling water on oats, throw in some whey protein, presto, brekkie in 2 min.

You can also microwave oats, takes no time at all.

no oats. knock your grains down to near nill and you life will be leaner and your performance will skyrocket.

every time food enters your mouth it's got to be the ratios the ratios the ratios... dont let "I'll get it right later" sabotage the hard work.... the best time to get your fruit jones out of the way is morning when your TEF is at its highest: better than eggs microwaved with walnuts and spicy salsa verde rolled into a low/no carb tortilla and an apple. Hand held food you can do in less than three minutes and eat in the car.

Rock on.

Wait, i don't understand what you're suggesting i do then...could you clarify that? you say no oats, then you say best time to eat fruits is in the morning, and then hand held food in the car?? lol sorry maybe im tired but i don't get what you're saying, and I am sure you are very knowledgeable so please clarify.

Also, where do you BUY needto's cook book, this could really help me out a lot, i need some recipes.

Oats/barley + whey (or whey/casein) + skim milk (optional).

breaky is the easiest meal to prepare. I actually use my own whole grain mix (a combo of rye, barley, spelt, wheat, oats, wheat germ) and use 50/50 casein/whey, with some extra cocoa.

1 weight control oatmeal by quaker oats, instant oatmeal it's good stuff. takes 1-2 minutes to microwave can you use skim milk or water.

I usually have 3 whole eggs, either hard boiled or scrambled, with some ms dash and perhaps a little dillweed.

with a glass of skim milk. getting close to 40 grams of protien in my healthy start to my day, and it takes me under 10 minutes to prepare, even less if the eggs are already hard boiled.
