i have a cheat day once per week and it just isnt as much fun as it used to be... I eat A LOT on my cheat day and I pay for it till about tues/wed of the following week. I eat SO clean the rest of the time that my body freaks out on that day, so i will be changing it and moderating a bit more.
I have noticed that I still love my chocolate chip cookies on cheat day, but I dont really think about them any other time. And my usual hunger/sweet tooth cravings are gone because Im eating all the time anyway.
Starving yourself for 5-6 hours at a time (workday after lunch) is a GReAT way to end up binge-ing when you get home and getting F A T!
