Does it matter what time you train at?

Don't do the protein shake and workout in the morning unless you are trying to lose fat. I might be confused, but I think I remember reading in MM2000 some time ago that testosterone levels peak in the afternoon. I'd try to find out when yours peak and schedule the routine for then.
