Do you still get old - physically?

I do 7 miles everyday on treadmill, at 5-6 (sometimes 10) incline. Barely any fat on body now. I also do strength training 2-3 times a week.
I have no intention of chaning it, ever.
I don't smoke and rarely drink alcohol.

Will I still get physically old (in my 70's or 80's).
 
What exactly are you talkin about?
You will age physically no matter what, its just a question of how fast or slow. Working out and eating right may slow the aging process down some but by the time you are 80 you better believe you aint doing no working out like you did when you were in your 20's or even 40's.
