I used to hunch my traps up to make a cushion for the bar. Zed showed me a different way which I found much more comfortable, I was having to use a foam pad on the bar before as it was uncomfortable.
After stalling the last few weeks on bench and ohp due to diet change both me and Zed decided it best to lower 20% on those 2 lifts and go for 5x7
