Ok so got to 7 sets and missed one rep so i made rest in-between 5 mis stead of 4 and thought no way is this getting the better of me again that bloody 1 rep ! haha so I done set 9 then on set 10 I done four reps stead of 3 so that is 10x3 eventually lmfao @60kg/131lbs.

Rack pulls from just below knee hight @ 110 kg 242lbs 5 reps


Zed this 10 reps is burning me out and takes me way past my gym allowance do you have any suggestions my friend?

What 10 reps? You're not doing many more than 5 are you? What do you mean by gym allowance? Time you can spend training or something?

Thanks for having faith in me, yeah it's only 5 reps more than 5x5 but the rest in between takes longer for more sets , yeah I kinda only have 1 1/4 to train as I leave straight after work to do my session then need to be back no later than 12.30 for lunch etc.

Oh did he now? Well far be it for me to contradict needto! Let's just say I'm elaborating....

I see, you're working out in a tight schedule, same here really I work 12 hours a day and train mainly in my lunch hour so I know what it's like having to fit it all in to a small time frame. that's why I do my cardio separately if I'm doing it in the same day as lifting.
