I done my cardio 40 mins 140-160 bpm then 30 crunches 30 knee tuck and 30 them frog thingys lol
Then I spent over an hour assembling a punch bag and speed ball in my back garden only now I'm too tired to punch it lmfao. I will just have to look at it until tomorrow I'm completely knacked !! Food time I think!!
