Ok so got to 7 sets and missed one rep so i made rest in-between 5 mis stead of 4 and thought no way is this getting the better of me again that bloody 1 rep ! haha so I done set 9 then on set 10 I done four reps stead of 3 so that is 10x3 eventually lmfao @60kg/131lbs.
Ok now that you have hit this go back to 5reps and work it till you get your 5x5. It wont be long cuz in your head you already know you bitch slapped that bbl!
Rack pulls from just below knee hight @ 110 kg 242lbs 5 reps
Add 20 Lbs and pull that bitch right on up! Believe me you do have it in you. And keep your back FLAT!!!
