Ok my lil buddy's. Or rather big buddies lol.
Today was a much needed rest day as I think I may of been guilty of slightly over doing it. So I'm having two rest days a wk from now.
Feeling good and can't wait to KTS tomorrow . Here's today's calorie breakdown
 
I think it's finished now, it was in several parts... Might find it on iplayer though...

I saw Danny Dyer's "britain's hardest men" lol, everytime I watch it though I keep thinking of this spoof I saw on YouTube called "weal football factowies" I'll see if I can find it. It's bloody hilarious!!

It's always a good feeling going back after a rest day... you feel extra pumped!! How are you looking? It's hard to tell from the vid, do you feel like you're losing fat?

And Hi Rach, thanks for stopping by. Yeah I'm feeling pretty good thanks a couple issues which I of corse expected as I'm asking the same from my body but with less calories so tbh I feel kinda sluggish until I get in there and start lifting I've cut cardio to x2 40 min sessions a wk , I am cutting up nicely I'm happy so far building some great abs in there lol just need to not tax my body too much by doing too much cardio and keep my priority at lifting with the diet and lifting my body will burn fat ,

good idea cutting back on the cardio, this way when u hit a wall u have room to work with...slower is so much better when cutting, that muscle is so precious lol

WORKOUT A 17tH FEB

Squat 2x7 @35k

5x5 77.5kg. 170 lbs

B press 2x5 30k WU
10x3 @ 75kg 165lbs

Up to set 5 2 min gap, 6-10 3 min gap.

Seated lat raise. 5x5 @ 75kg . 165lbs 37.5 each side pulled both at same time..

100 curls
@ 5kgs 11 lbs
arms blew up like balloons the pump was unreal I couldn't even make a fist (not that I was planning on using a fist lol)

Absolutely loved today's session Zed added 10lb on to my bench and if I'm honest I was very reluctant but I totally smashed it no spotter either.

Thanks for having faith in me Zed;)
