And Hi Rach, thanks for stopping by. Yeah I'm feeling pretty good thanks a couple issues which I of corse expected as I'm asking the same from my body but with less calories so tbh I feel kinda sluggish until I get in there and start lifting I've cut cardio to x2 40 min sessions a wk , I am cutting up nicely I'm happy so far building some great abs in there lol just need to not tax my body too much by doing too much cardio and keep my priority at lifting with the diet and lifting my body will burn fat ,
