So I'm hoping I can get some diet help/tips for both on and off cycle.
I've found that I can be determined and stick to a diet, but I'm lacking some knowledge on the diet itself.
I did a bod pod analysis and it stated my RMR was right around 1700 cal per day. So I think I know how to calculate my required cals with exercise and everything, but it's still a little confusing.
If that is my cal requirement, what would be the be the macro break down for:
Off cycle cut
Off cycle bulk
I will eventually be running a test, eq, var cycle where I'm going to gain 5-7lbs and lose 2-3% bf. I've heard done guys in here accomplish that with that cycle.
What macros should I hit on that cycle?
Was thinking 2500-2800 cal with a 50p/30c/20f breakdown.
Any info or advice will be really really appreciated.
