i putting my meal plans together for my fall cycle, yes this is my second and im going to learn from my mistakes and do this one right.. i will have all my meals planned..
doe anyone have any suggestions or ready made meal plans to share with me? fucking 3750 calories with 300 grams of protien is a lot of fucking food, especially if you are eating clean.. im going to have to go to price club and shit..
