ye every one, i am a boot rookkie at this advanced fitness shit so bare with me.

i work out on a average 8 times a week

monday wed fri madatory light run or light physical training and the rest is in the gym maxed out.

i am at about 16 percent BF but want to get to ten


i am 5'11 and 195 lbs. above average athletic ability, BAD DIET

slim fast and a bannanna most mornings, sometimes a whole grain cereal or some eggs and a juice

lunch is usualy tuna or chicken , decent proportions

snack after lunch a banana or some sort of fruit and for dinner its has been fair game.

i am in good shape, but i just jumped on a stack of deca and winnie and my ephadine intake is maxed out at 80 mg a day.. please shoot me in the right direction. i need help getting to 10 percent!!!! thanks
 
You need a diet overhaul. Get some good whey isolate/egg mixed protein and dump the slimfast (poor protein). Eat a few more meals such as 6-7 small meals to speed up metabolism. Get a little more recovery in between the weights. 8 times a week is a lot unless you are splitting and doing two workouts a day. Keep away from juice, except for post workout carb intake which should be about 45-50 carbs for your bodyweight (within 15 mins) of working out to replenish glycogen stores. Hope this helps, Geoff.
 
replace the slimfast and banana for good old oatmeal and whey protein

snack in between lunch and breakfast on some good protein, maybe a spoon of natty pb or whey + flax or a can of salmon

Juice post workout isn't really a good idea because it's mainly fructose and will not cause an insulin spike like you desire post workout, it's also frctose so it will do more to fill liver glycogen than muscle glycogn, take dextrose and maltodesxtrin with your whey post workout bug 50g of carbs seems about right.

Cut down on fruit and eat more vegetables bro
 
yes i usualy split my Gym time in to 2's..

i only have a hour at lunch so i try to get in what i can during my break and go back after, to finish my owrk out and utilise y time to the fullest.

working on the diet, thanks guys, any more advice on snacks, would be great .!!!!!

BA, juice will cause a HUGE insulin spike, its just that fructose tend to replenish liver glycogen first, thus tends to slow down metabolism.

Gawds gift, cut the high GI carbs, get more fiber, for fats, you need at LEAST 6 meals a day. What does you cycle look like? Deca would not be my first choice for a cutting steroid. Its progestin nature makes controlling water retention very difficult if you are prone to it. If you want to maintaine lbm while dieting strictly, but have little or no experience with gear, I would suggest a light test cycle, with 25 mg of winstrol ed for the last 6 weeks. You probably want to run the cycle for 10-12 weeks total to reach your desired goal. If you are prone to these sort of side effects you are going to have potential labido/impotence problems on that stack. When on winstrol I can almost never achieve an orgasim.
