Delts bleed on every injection

Does anyone else have this same problem? It seems as if everytime I do a delt injection, the first stick always aspirates blood... I use up like 4 pins before its over with (2 for each delt)...

Anyone else experience this? I guess my delts are flooded with vessels!

don't worry about it bro.. in time you will get the technique down. When i first did delts... everytime i injected i hit a nerve or an arterie and for a week or so my whole shoulder and arm would be bruised but, no i got it down pat!

I bleed when I hit the same injection site over and over, I think pushing the pin through scar tissue does this.

Bleeding in the delt is usually poor injection technique. To do it right, you really need two hands..one to stretch the skin and the other to insert the needle like a dart. Use either an inch or inch and-a-half needle.
