Dbol, test e, equipose cycle

Agreed bump it out to 14 wks and only use the Adex if needed , if you havent got enough EQ to go 13 wks just drop it, you will love the results from your first inject cycle.

I think this is the thing to do even if he have enough eq for 13 weeks. No reason to stack 3 compounds on a 2nd run.

im down to 195, considering starting cycle soon as suggested:
40mg dbol ed 4 weeks
400mg test e ew 10 weeks

A friend of mine said to throw in oral winstrol at weeks 6-10.

what do you think?

personally, i dont see the need to run orals for 10 straight weeks. 1 week off half way thru isnt much of a break IMO

Too much on the orals, especially for a first cycle run. Focus on gaining pure muscle mass and strength. You should see amazing gains with the Dbol and Test alone. Save winstrol for your next cycle where you can focus more on definition and mess around with the different compounds.
