Don't overthink it with the pinning. With long esters, once or twice per week is fine. The more often you pin the more stable your blood hormone levels will be though.
 
Yes I meant mgs I do have n2gaurd , I was going to continue with 40 mg tbol. Would I take the arimidex every day ? Or twice a week or play it by ear ?

so I guess with the amiridex just feel it out like if over 200 mgs take it everyday or twice a week?
@GMAN007 with arimidex go with once a week of 0.25mgs to start off and lets go from there
