Yes I meant mgs I do have n2gaurd , I was going to continue with 40 mg tbol. Would I take the arimidex every day ? Or twice a week or play it by ear ?

so I guess with the amiridex just feel it out like if over 200 mgs take it everyday or twice a week?
@GMAN007 with arimidex go with once a week of 0.25mgs to start off and lets go from there
