you could probably take much more than that, i usually take 15-20gms a day, including after workout and before bed. theres no bloat from glutamine like creatine.
Today was back and bis day. My hands are bruised....they were really bothering me this morning....I used gloves.
I only did 2 sets of chin-up?, 3 set-arm row machine. 3 sets woth barbell(bis), 3 sets with db(bis)( because I could not hold on with my hands any longer.....
very upset that could not optimized my workout
