K I have personal fitness class in the morning, we all go to the gym and workout, I do my stuff, they do theirs.
19, 165lbs, 1year experience.
Deadliest 350max
Bench 180max (really weak)
Squat 225 max
Shoulder press 70max
Not gonna name all my maxes.. But k so in the morning at 9am we all go there and I can get a good workout in. Say I did chest in the morning, would I be ok to go to the gym by my house at 4pm and do legs? Something like this
Monday: chest-9am Quads- 4pm
Tuesday: shoulders-9am calves 4pm
Wednesday: biceps9am Triceps 4pm
Thursday: back
I'm on a bulk right now, I'm looking at like 3300 calories, 220protein, 400carbs, 85fat
If in isolating every day, eating a poop ton of protein, do you guys recommend working out twice a day? Like I have above?
