i did feel some lethargy but my low carb has been switched up i have carbs in the morn for after fasted cardio
then weight lifting in the day
i have a small pain in my pec muscle not sure what it is i felt the pain when i wasnt doing chest i was doing cardio and legs 2 days ago...
its not heart stuf, or anything im not sure what it is.. so im kinda worried enver felt this kind of pain its not soreness from working out maybe i pulled my pec.. any thoughts?
