I'm a 24 year old with grad student a fairly busy schedule and I am looking for a routine that will help me cut while adding some muscle or at least retaining it. My specs are 6'1, 195 lbs. As much as I know it works, I just can't spend the time running every morning, weight training and then running again.
Ideally, I'd like a routine that is one gym session of no more than 90 minutes, and it can be 4-5 times per week (6 if necessary). Likewise, I am looking for a diet that is reasonable in its demands but will help me lose a little of the excess fat. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
