what do you guys recommend for carbs while cutting? I am very active between work, boxing, and training. Thus I am taking in about 175grams a day of carbs(50%protein 30% carbs 20% fat as recommended to me by Mr. X). 50 grams of it is dextrose in my pwo shake. Ive been eating a lot of brown rice, oatmeal, and chick peas. I wanna get my bodyfat down to 6% from 8.5% would I be better off eating yams or something else perhaps?
