Critique my bulking diet

I know I need some work on getting in more complex carbs and vegetables but so far this is the best Ive been able to do for requiring quick meals.

Breakfast: (5:45am)

Animal Pak, Glucosamine/MSM/Chondrotin/ Extra Vit C, 1 cap glucorell-R, 2 potassium caps
8 egg whites (egg beaters)
1 cup kashi go lean oatmeal cereal
2 cups skim milk

10:00am-12:00pm

Lean chicken breast
1-1.5 sevings of mixed nuts

12:00-2:00pm (these are my 2 meals at work, times really vary on when I can get down to have a meal)

Lean chicken breast
1-1.5 servings of mixed nuts

3:30pm Before workout, animal pak, 1 scoop of VPX NO-Shotgun, I will be switching this back to NO-Xplode soon, this VPX stuff tastes like week old bubble gum left in a gym shoe for a year. This is coming from a person who thought the original Amplify 02 powder didn't taste so bad.

Train at 4:15pm
Sip on protein drink before/during/after workout, 2 scoops ON whey, 1 ultra fuel (malto/dextrose) soon to be replacing the ultra fuel with vitargo.

PWO meal 6pmish, 2 glucorell

12-16oz of chicken or beef mixed in turkey chili, sometimes with fat free cheese, and usually some fat free saltines.

9pm before bed
protein shake w/ skim milk + 1 serving of mixed nuts.

Here is a screenshot of what I plan to eat for today.

Well, you obviously seem to know what you are doing. If you can find some way to eat between 5:45 and 10-12 I would (assuming this is conflicting with work schedule)

Even if you can't get something to eat maybe bring a shake or something to take down at the desk, if possible.

Everything else looks pretty good..you may need to up the calories if you aren't seeing gains, but aside from that you should definitely gain at a nice rate while keeping the fat gains down.

Good luck

harbinator, diet looks good, maybe throw in some lean ground turkey or beef to swich up some stuff, I wouldnt shy away from red meat also.... what diet program is that in ur web post?

I thought red meat was good for bulking, creatine, sat fat for horomone levels, protein etc..? I know its not great for cholesterol but I have fantastic cholesterol levels (105 total) and figure while bulking it wouldnt' be so bad.

It is great for bulking, I was just adding that you can throw some more red meat in ur diet, you have a lot of chicken in it which is good, but I grow the best off steak, thats why i said u "shouldnt shy" away from it.

I need to try and find a good quick way for complex carbs. Right now cooking up veggies or brown rice just takes too damn long. I may have to start getting some yams to go with the chicken for a meal at work.

Ive been wondering this for a little while in realation to your oatmeal post. Ive been eating the oatmeal that tastes good which in my oppinion is better than mcdonalds but what would be the best oatmeal? I am sure my quaker oats brown sugar kind isnt what a bodybuilder should be eating for the carbs.
